GENERAL

1. Short title, commencement and application.-

(1) These rules may be called the Companies (Winding Up) Rules, 2020.

(2) They shall come into force on the 1 st day of April, 2020.

(3) These rules shall apply to winding up under of Companies Act 2013 (18     of 2013).
